Summer Research Products: The Paper & Poster
This past summer, I pursued research which focuses on how mural art in Singapore, affects community dynamics in urban spaces to elevate the global nature of the city’s art and cityscape.
The Abstract
Enclosed is the final abstract of my research paper. I look forward to publishing my final paper to the network very soon.
Step 2: The Interviews
In July, I had the opportunity to interview residents of Singapore and mural artists. When I first went into the process, I thought it would be a straightforward discussion, and that my interviews would yield similar data. Surprisingly, it didn't--and boy, am I glad.
