What could have been done differently?
Things that did not get done and/or could be changed
- Due to busy schedule, I procrastinated a lot when designing the pamphlet. I could have started earlier.
What did I learn about myself when working with others?
Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited
- I love working with my group (which was comprised of scholars from different backgrounds). Despite some disputes in the initial process, I learned a lot by listening to their different ways of seeing a problem.
What did I learn about leadership?
Leadership attributes and insights I developed
- Importance of being an active member.
What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop
- To improve on working efficiency. Since I still have to work on other materials in the tool kit.
