What could have been done differently?
Things that did not get done and/or could be changed
- Due to time zone differences, I was not able to attend many live sessions. I could only watch the play-backs. This have reduced my participation in the LiA program.
What did I learn about myself when working with others?
Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited
- Positive mindset does not mean faking a smile under adversity. It means one could get out of the negative mindset by recognizing where the problem exists.
What did I learn about leadership?
Leadership attributes and insights I developed
- Importance of seeking help when necessary. A leader does not have to be bulletproof.
What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop
- Try to be more willing to share my genuine feeling to others.
