What could have been done differently?
Things that did not get done and/or could be changed
- Due to time zone differences, it was difficult for my group to come up with a time that all of us were available for meet-up. Thus, there was some miscommunications over the content of the pamphlet.
What did I learn about myself when working with others?
Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited
- How to provide feedbacks in a constructive manner and how to make negative feedbacks to sound better
What did I learn about leadership?
Leadership attributes and insights I developed
Feedbacks do not necessarily mean criticism. There could also be positive feedback. It’s also essential to consider other factors when giving feedbacks eg. timing, emotional states of the receiver.
What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop
- try to practice giving feedbacks in a way that the receiver will still be motivated to work.
