“Whose Dali?” – A City of Contradictions
Before I arrived in Dali, I imagined a place full of contrast — misty mountains, quiet temples, ethnic heritage, and alternative lifestyles. What I didn’t expect was how those contrasts would feel so carefully packaged — and how unsettling that would be.

Research Poster: Hoxb8-derived anti-GPC3 CAR expressing macrophages as a preclinical model for HCC immunotherapies
My research project involved engineering macrophages from Hoxb8 progenitors to express a GPC3-specific CAR for targeting hepatocellular carcinoma. The cells retained macrophage identity and CAR expression, offering a scalable platform to develop macrophage-based immunotherapies for HCC.
