Research essay on using artificial muscles for medical devices
This is an essay about the 3 last weeks of my research experience at the Center for Artificial Muscles at Neuchatel, EPFL.
After doing research for many weeks on Dielectric Elastomer Actuators for any type of applications, I applied my new knowledge to a specific device: the artificial sphincter.
