Project Outline: Making Lab-grown meat more accessible
Cultivated meat (also known as lab-grown meat) is real meat produced by growing animal cells in a controlled environment, thereby bypassing the need to raise and slaughter livestock. My project focuses on media optimisation to reduce cost and improve accessibility to cultured meat products.
