Hello! My name is Hee Yong Kim. I usually go by “Sam” personally, and also “Sam Yhanto” creatively. I was a Laidlaw Scholar of the 2020-2022 cohort, conducting research on the history of North America, with a focus on indigenous civilizations. A novelist by aspiration, it is my dream to create a creative cooperative in which writers, artists, and game designers can be themselves and achieve their dreams in community.
