Research Poster - A Comparison of the Carbon Sequestration Potential of Vegetation Types in an Irish Salt Marsh

In the summer of 2021 I completed a field based research project in which I compared the carbon sequestration potential of vegetation types in an Irish salt marsh. The end result was that the invasive species spartina anglica sequestered the most carbon due to it covering the largest area.
