Ejaj Ahmad talks about how the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) grew from being a social enterprise, living room project, to one of the most trusted and sought after leadership development platforms in Bangladesh. The talk further includes a wider discussion on the subjects of online education and how leadership learning can be made accessible to everyone, as well as the challenges of change and resilience we are currently facing.
