What went well?
The progress I made; what was achieved and done
I taught again, this time for digital sketching. I was not familiar with the app Paint 3D so I spent lots of time practicing it. I was glad that it went well and the students said that they were proud of their work. Some of them even considered doing it professionally in the future.
What could have been done differently?
Things that did not get done and/or could be changed
I could have balanced my attention on students more. I spent lots of time on a student with special education needs, possibly with autism spectrum disorders. For instance, I set up an individual breakout room with him, as he was falling behind a lot. I only asked for the progress of other groups in Teams. Although we were able to catch up at last, I could have spent more time on other students as well. For example, I could have checked other breakout rooms from time to time.
What did I learn about myself when working with others?

I contributed my knowledge of education to the team. I did not expect to meet a student with special education needs, and for other scholars, it could be difficult to manage. I shared my knowledge and experience with them.
What did I learn about leadership?
Leadership attributes and insights I developed
Interprofessional practice requires strong communication. A knowledge gap will always exist in the beginning. One may view it as a challenge, but to me, it was an opportunity. My fellow scholars are very knowledgeable about digital skills. For instance, they study mechatronics and engineering. Meanwhile, I can provide feedback from the perspective of an educator
What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop
I need to do more self-learning. The other scholars spent time learning additional knowledge beyond their respective fields. For instance, a film student learns about coding. Since interprofessional practice is the next main trend, learning in multiple fields will benefit a lot.
