My portfolio includes supporting the Laidlaw Scholars at U of T and coordinating a peer mentorship program for scholars, Being an international education professional focusing on the areas of international student support and intercultural learning for over 6+ years, I enjoy working with students by listening to their stories, learning about their aspirations, and navigating success and challenges together. I have a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph. A fun fact about my master's thesis was to examine how travelling contributes to tourists' happiness and well-being.

Amelia, congratulations on the exhibition in Hart House! The exhibition was amazing, and it's great to see how everything's coming together despite some challenges. I am glad that you found Shafer's book helpful and inspiring as you wait for the REB approval. Neha, congratulations again on the opportunity to present Global Student’s Research Conference in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Thank you for sharing such thoughtful and introspective reflection. Reading your last reflection on attending the New York Conference where you desired to push yourself outside of your comfort zone, you fully embraced this opportunity to learn new perspectives and immerse yourself in a new and unfamiliar culture. You were open-minded in challenging your previous understanding and assumption and tried your best to adapt while taking time to deepen your self-cultural awareness.
