It is a quite painful experience. I proposed a topic of sustainable finance. But after working on it for a while, we found that this topic is too board and high-level to be accomplished within six weeks. We had to start again from scratch.
What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop
Setting up time line and have more communication with my teammates to make sure that we are on the track.
