What went well?

The progress I made; what was achieved and done


We finally identified the problem: To raise university students' in paper waste for revision and taking notes in Hong Kong, which is detrimental to forest and a waste of resources. Thus to change their habits to take notes and revise digitally.

What could have been done differently?

Things that did not get done and/or could be changed


We could have settle the topic earlier.

What did I learn about myself when working with others?

Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited


It is better to listen to other’s opinion first then speak my own perspective. This is because if I speak first, other might choose not to talk about their opinion for the fear that there will be an argument.

What did I learn about leadership?

Leadership attributes and insights I developed


It is better to find inspiration from our daily observation and support it with evidence instead of trusting my instinct and be influenced by my emotions.
