What went well?

The progress I made; what was achieved and done

I took a role as a main/lead instructor in these past two weeks, teaching the digital sketching and design module. The students were very motivated, and I was able to get them to listen to the instruction, do the exercises, and provide feedback to each other every day.

What could have been done differently?

Things that did not get done and/or could be changed

Overall, the process went smoothly so I don't think there is anything that could be done better.  However, there was the time when the train was delayed for half an hour, and we came 5 minutes late to work. In the future, I hope to change that by taking into account the delay time more accurately.

What did I learn about myself when working with others?

Contributions, behaviours, and values I exhibited

I learn about how everyone has a different teaching style and I learn how to motivate students to be creative and time discipline.

What did I learn about leadership?

Leadership attributes and insights I developed

I learned about the value of inclusion. During my session, I tried to include everyone in the discussion.

What do I want to develop or focus on next?

What I still need to develop

I would like to understand and learn other scholars' teaching styles and apply them when it is appropriate.
