Below is the short list of all the departments and team members that contributed to the mobile unit. My role this summer regarding the playbook will be discussing each person's role within the mobile unit and how they contributed to its launch.

  4. POCT and Laboratory – Point of Care Testing Services
  5. Infection Prevention – Infection Prevention
  6. HIT Needs – IT Support Services
  7. HIT Needs for Individual Team Members – Department of Population Health 
  8. Clinical Engineering – Clinical Engineering
  9. The Epic Build –IT Support Services and Population Health Management
  10. Medical Supplies and Stocking a Mobile Unit – Department of Population Health and Department of Family Medicine
  11. Miscellaneous – Department of Population Health
  12. Legal and Compliance – Compliance and Privacy and Office of University Counsel
  13. Marketing – Marketing 
  14. Revenue Cycle, Billing, Scheduling – Patient Friendly Access and Enterprise Patient Access
  15. Clinical Workflows and Protocols – UVA School of Nursing 
  16. Pharmacy – Clinical and Strategic Initiatives and Pharmacy 
  17. Care and Upkeep of a Mobile Unit – UVA Facilities Management

This of course is a non exhaustive list. Many more people contributed to the mobile unit. But, a note that I made once I saw this list was the sheer amount of administrators involved in this endeavor. As someone interested in pursuing a career in medicine, I never realized the sheer amount of administrators that need to be involved in an initiative.
