JUNE 21 - JULY 27

In the fourth week, we continued our teaching in the libraries. After 4 days of lessons at the Xuntian site, we relocated to replace the other team who spent their first 4 days in the Yidushui Mianhuasha library. We made amendments to our lessons in response to the feedbacks of students from prior lessons to ensure that the course materials are fruitful and engaging. To improve the effectiveness of our teaching results, I have also adopted insights obtained from my RA experience involving the capacity building of NGOs.

At the Yidushui site, we provided career & college guidance for high school students in the town. Our volunteers offered valuable suggestions surrounding subject choice, study methods, and future major selection, which are immensely useful for students to find the pathway that suits themselves the best.
