Women in Business Board Mission

We aim to empower current scholars and alumni to achieve their full potential in their careers and in their lives. We do this by fostering connections between Laidlaw Foundation Women in Business Scholars and providing support to encourage, enable and facilitate their active involvement in business during their studies and post MBA.

Our vision is to build a strong Woman In Business sisterhood which uplifts, inspires and supports each other as we work together to elevate women into leadership positions, regardless of their socioeconomic status. We aim to blaze a path forward for young women and girls who aspire to lead.
