๐ŸŒ About EQUALL

EQUALL is Europeโ€™s largest student-led gender equity conference, delivered by the Women in Business Club at London Business School.

This yearโ€™s theme:

Rewriting the Rules: Women Shaping Power in a Changing World

Keynote speakers include:

  • Anna Bateson, Chief Executive of Guardian Media Group

  • Afua Kyei, Chief Financial Officer at the Bank of England

The conference brings together powerful keynote sessions, thought-provoking panels, interactive workshops and curated networking opportunities, followed by the EQUALL Ball featuring a three-course dinner, drinks and live DJ entertainment.

โœ… Eligibility

To qualify for a free ticket, you must:

  • Be a current female-identifying Laidlaw Scholar or Laidlaw Alumni (Women in Business, Leadership & Research, or Trailblazer)

  • Be able to attend the entire conference day on 6 March

  • Be available for a post-conference Laidlaw Scholar & Alumni social

As places are limited, we will prioritise Scholars and Alumni who have not previously attended EQUALL, in order to extend the opportunity to as many members of our community as possible.

If spaces remain after initial allocation, we will be delighted to offer tickets to returning attendees.

๐ŸŽŸ How to Register

To streamline the allocation process, weโ€™ve created a short form for all Scholars and Alumni interested in attending.

If youโ€™ve already emailed to express interest, we would be grateful if you could also complete the form to confirm your eligibility and attendance.

๐Ÿ‘‰Express Interestย

After last yearโ€™s incredible success, we would be delighted to welcome another cohort of Laidlaw Scholars to what promises to be an inspiring and impactful weekend!ย

Deadline to register: Monday 23rd February 2026ย

Warm regards,
The Laidlaw Foundation & LBS Women in Business Club
