The research focuses on a literature review into legal action taken against domestic violence. This is prefaced by the question: How does the Canadian Criminal Justice System address self-defence concerns in Domestic Abuse Cases, and how does that compare internationally?

This is a very ambitious and noble research proposal Nathan! It will be very interesting to look into how these issues are treated across the world. If you need any help with finding UK statistics I may be able to help, so please let me know if that would be of use.
