Aptamer-mediated DNA nanocage encapsulated gold nanoparticles for malaria diagnosis medical devices

The project aims at constructing and optimizing aptamer-mediated DNA nanocage for encapsulation of AuNPs. This structure can be incorporated into the LFA and has potential application for medical devices. Supervisor: Dr Julian Tanner, School of Biomedical Sciences, The University of Hong Kong
