I have loved reading all of your posts this summer, Alex, and especially love the beautiful pictures you added this time. I will be looking forward to your LiA blog posts next summer as you've set the bar quite high for yourself already!
I'm glad to hear that Laidlaw has given you a chance to work in the labs, and make mistakes, without the pressure of an assignment like normal class would. While it sounds like a frustrating journey, I hope its also been a rewarding one! You'll look back on this someday as a turning point I bet!
I really enjoyed reading this Alexandra. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, i think this is a really important thing to consider and talk about!
I would be very interested in reading, "Who Serves the Best Chai in St Andrews?" if you ever decide to publish! I have to ask, who is the winner right now? I have my own opinions but I will keep them to myself for the moment as I admittedly haven't tried everywhere yet.
Great blog Leen, I really enjoyed it, and the photos especially really made me smile.
I will be really looking forward to the final results so don't forget to share them with me! For...academic reasons as well, of course!

Lighthouse Books is one of my favourite bookshops in the world. I can't wait to read more about your journey, Risha!!
Hi Flavia, this definitely sounds like a challenging situation, but I am also proud of you for pushing through it and continuing in the right direction. You are far from useless, and not at all undeserving of being called a Laidlaw Scholar. I hope you can look back on your first week when the research period finishes and be proud of where you have come.
Know that Celina and I are always here for you if you need any extra support! Good luck this week!
Sounds like you are off to a great start! I have to admit, I have no idea what to expect from your final output - and that makes me really excited to see where this journey takes you, and learn about something that is a totally new concept for me!
