This log reflects my week 3 Leadership in Action experience, which started on June 2.

What went well?
This week we finally started securing meetings! The itinerary was coming together like a puzzle—Phulki, YY Ventures, Daffodil University, and even Standard Chartered Bank. I was thrilled to see names from my inbox turn into confirmed calendar slots.

What could have been done differently?
I underestimated how complex it would be to balance times, travel, and Dhaka traffic. I realized I should have continued learning how to code or joined a Lovable vibe-coding workshop sooner so that I could create a schedule builder that takes into account all parties' availability, Dhaka traffic, and potential meeting duration based on each party we met. The phrase “back by 1:30 pm” is easier said than done when Gulshan to Mirpur takes an eternity.

What did I learn about myself when working with others?
I’m good at smoothing over chaos and staying focused. While others worried about a lot of things, I found myself laser-focused on how to make the highest potential people agree to meet the delegation.

What did I learn about leadership?
Leadership isn’t just about bold moves—it’s about small courtesies. Confirming times, respecting people’s availability, making sure meetings don’t feel transactional—that’s what builds trust.

What do I want to develop or focus on next?
I want to work on anticipating problems before they arise—like traffic, timing, or who gets hungry by noon. Small things do matter when building big things.
