Diving deeper into our Leadership in Action field trip in Peru, week four has been a whirlwind of activity and learning, focused on delivering tangible solutions to local challenges.

Our team crafted both short-term and long-term solutions for the challenge faced by Casa Ronald McDonald, presenting these to their management. The feedback was positive and insightful, helping us refine our proposals to better suit the specific context of the organization. This iterative process taught us the importance of adaptability and context-specific planning in leadership.

We also engaged in various workshops aimed at enhancing our practical skills. Learning to pitch effectively, use Excel for progress tracking, and plan events equipped us with the tools necessary for implementing our solutions. These skills were not only vital for our current project but also invaluable for our future careers.

A visit to UPC University added a layer of inspiration to our week. Witnessing the university's innovative spaces reminded us of the transformative power of education in leadership and community impact.

Armed with new skills and insights, we are ready to tackle implement our solutions in the coming weeks. This trip has proven to be a journey of personal and professional growth, set against the backdrop of Peru's rich cultural landscape. I'm excited to see the impact of our work in the coming weeks and beyond.
