The Implementation of the CLCPA

Here is my poster and video for my research on the CLCPA, a groundbreaking climate law that was passed in New York state in 2019. On behalf of the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia, this was created in summer 2020 for the first summer of my Laidlaw scholarship.
