Strange Loops and Substitution Tilings (End of Laidlaw Report)

This research investigates how strange loops can be created between different hierarchy levels on a substitution tiling imposed on variations of Escher's Grid, which is the grid that the lithograph 'Print Gallery' by M.C. Escher was imposed on. A non-mathematical summary can be found in Section 1.1.
