The Ethical Leadership Programme will include six online sessions supported by pre-session learning and post-session challenges.

Pre-session Learning: we will post pre-learning resources prior to each session. Keep your eye on our room to find those resources. We will also encourage you to complete a character reflection in the Virtuosity app prior to each session that will fuel engagement within the session.

Online Sessions: each online session will run for 60 minutes. We prioritise engagement in the sessions so you will have lots of opportunity to meet other scholars. We provide two options for each session, but if you can't make the session, we will also provide a recording of the session and a drop-in session if you have questions.

Post-session Challenges: at the end of each session, we will propose a challenge that you can do individually or with others. We will provide examples in the session that will help fuel your imagination. If you missed the session, you can still participate in the challenge - be sure to checkout the recording for instructions. We will encourage you to submit reflections on how you engaged with the challenges and we will spotlight scholars who excel at each challenge.
