About this room

This room focuses on the character aspect of the Laidlaw Leadership Framework. The Oxford Ethical Leadership Programme, delivered by the Oxford Character Project, will support all Scholars learning about character and further develop your ability to lead with integrity.

Here you will find resources and materials related to the programme, and additional reading and information on the ethical challenges. It should also serve as place for you to discuss and interact with other Scholars as we embark on this journey of character development together.
