I am deeply reassured to discover that Future Ben Margetts remains impeccably dressed, benevolent and capable of protecting both the space-time continuum and your leadership destinies. The Ministry for Quality Assurance of Scholar Publications will be informed that no further intervention is required.
Beneath the glorious absurdity, this contains some genuinely thoughtful reflection. You explore three important leadership tensions: balancing direction with openness; accepting responsibility for the consequences of emerging technologies; and knowing when to challenge established expertise and when to exercise humility. Your analysis of the Greenpeace meeting is particularly strong because you recognise that receptive leadership does not mean relinquishing responsibility for a project’s overall direction.

Oh lovely we are both learning new programming systems for our organization!
I never knew Harry Frankfurt wrote an essay on that topic! Prompted me to look into him more. Do you agree with his vision of compatibilism and moral responsibility? I am quite skeptical of any attempt to tie moral responsibility to concepts of praise and blame.

Can’t say I recall what his attempts were. In my head he’s generally pretty good but not sure in this case. His essay on Bullshit really is a nice read though.
