In Defence of Anthropological Fieldwork in (Single Player) Video Games
There are social relations in virtual worlds, and this is why anthropology should take the study of (single player) video games seriously. Drawing from my research and fieldwork in the video game, Persona 5 Royal, I describe why video games are a timely topic and its relevance to anthropology.
