In my final week, I moved into the handover stage—organising the collected data, cleaning and processing it, and creating clear documentation for the next team to continue the work. This meant coding responses, creating summaries, and drafting a roadmap for future steps. It was satisfying to see the full scope of our work laid out, but also bittersweet to step back and hand it over.

This week taught me that leadership includes thinking beyond my own tenure. Preparing a thorough handover was an act of stewardship—ensuring that the time and trust invested by participants would not be wasted. I felt a deep sense of responsibility to be transparent and organised so that the next person could pick up without losing momentum.
