What went well?

The progress I made; what was achieved and done

  • Finished the Powerpoint slides for PSA’s training purpose
  • Added the “Useful Contacts” section to the pamphlet
  • Designed a sheet for journal prompts

What could have been done differently?

Things that did not get done and/or could be changed

Better team communication would be preferable. I think it would also be better if we could reach a consensus on the design and the outline of the pamphlet before working on it separately.

What did I learn about myself when working with others?

Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited

I feel a bit helpless when conflicts arise among group members, as I am not sure how to intervene and resolve their arguments especially when we are not meeting in person.

What did I learn about leadership?

Leadership attributes and insights I developed

When conflicts arise that have slowed down the group’s progress, a leader shall be able to intervene and attempt to resolve the group’s conflicts objectively by understanding each side’s perspectives.

What do I want to develop or focus on next?

What I still need to develop

When there are conflicts among group members, I hope I would be confident enough to settle their disputes next time.
