Project Outline: Emerging Autocracies: Understanding Regime Development after Genocide and Civil War

This summer, my research project will explore how civil war and genocide shape the trajectories of transitional societies, which often veer toward autocracy rather than democratic governance. I'm excited to share the findings of my work!
