My Research Proposal
Hi, this is my research proposal for this summer!
Labor Market Alienation
Hello! My name is Kamala, and I will be focusing on legal restrictions on justice-impacted individuals from accessing the workplace. I am super excited to be working on this project as it closely relates to my field of study, Industrial and Labor Relations, and I hope to work in Employment Law.
Project Outline: 'Imposter Syndrome in the Classroom: What are the impacts on students' learning experiences and how can academic practice be improved?'
This summer, I will contribute towards a research project which aims to explore the way in which imposter syndrome in higher education affects student experience, with the objective of raising awareness and providing insight surrounding this issue.
