In this blog post, I talk about my experience of conducting a leadership in action project, which was a mixture of laboratory research and infield application through public engagement.
This summer, I undertook my leadership in action project. I worked with the international director of a Central American NGO, whose work focuses on sustainable community-based development, conservation and natural resource management. Below, I reflect on my experience.
This was the second meeting that I have had with my mentor on Week 2 of my project. Here, we had a constructive conversation about what needed to be focused on and improved in order to make the next step of research easier and effective.
