This summer in Singapore, my goal became to make rehabilitation care more human. Part of that meant building better devices. The other part was something I never expected: learning to fail well. My report covers the technical side. This video is about the other one.

In my second week, I made a mistake that put the follow-up of 3,000 patients at risk. I had a choice: hide it and hope I could fix it quietly, or walk to the CEO and tell her everything.

What happened afterwards shaped how I think about failure, trust and the kind of leader I want to become.
