About Joelle Oki

Hi! I’m Joelle, a final-year Psychological and Behavioural Sciences student at the University of Cambridge.

My academic interests include developmental psychology, criminology, and issues surrounding diversity and inclusion.

My Laidlaw research project explored the effects of single-sex and mixed-sex schooling on adolescent social development. I’m currently undertaking my Leadership-in-Action project in India, working at Rajasthan Hospital and supporting a care home for young boys affected by HIV/AIDS.
