This week, my focus was on preparing for our team’s flagship event - the Ethnic Minority Youth Summit 2025. The summit will bring together hundreds of ethnic minority students in Hong Kong with accomplished professionals from similar backgrounds to share their inspiring career journeys. My primary role involved reaching out to potential speakers across various industries through personalized invitation emails. After receiving positive responses from our distinguished guests, I took charge of participant coordination - confirming attendance, sending detailed venue information, and providing all necessary on-site instructions to ensure smooth participation.

Throughout this process, I also answered numerous inquiries from attendees, addressing their questions with timely and helpful responses. This experience has been incredibly valuable, giving me firsthand insight into the extensive coordination required for large-scale events. I have learned that success depends on the collective effort of every team member and participant. Seeing all the pieces come together through our collaborative work has been particularly rewarding.
