We’ve been working to publish a paper on the larger Flicker Spectroscopy project, of which my research last summer was a part. This paper has now been published in Science Advances so I can now post the outputs of my research!

My research was part of a larger project to determine the material properties of bimolecular condensates which you can think of as little membrane-less droplets in the cytoplasm of cells. Specifically, my research centred around testing how the imaging plane position affected the properties returned by our analysis pipeline. This was particularly important since the analysis assumed that each condensate was imaged at its equator.

You can find the outputs of my research here:

If you would like to read our paper in Science Advances, you can read it here.
