Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈 This week, we are featuring a quote from Leanne Pittsford, a prominent LGBTQ+ business leader. 


Leanne Pittsford (1980-) is an American entrepreneur, investor and businesswoman. She is the founder of Lesbians Who Tech, a community of queer women and their allies in technology. 

Pittsford grew up in San Diego, CA and earned her bachelor's degree in political science from California Polytechnic State University and her master's degree from San Francisco State University. She founded Lesbians Who Tech in 2012 to create more networking opportunities for lesbians and queer women. In 2017, Pittsford launched SquadJobs, a recruiting platform for underrepresented technologists and recruiters. 

In 2015, she was recognised as a soldier of social change by San Francisco Magazine and as one of "40 under 40" business leaders by the San Franciso Business Times.

I love this. Saying yes lead me to living and working first in New York and then in San Francisco, and now to running the Foundation. All not remotely on my roadmap, all life changing.
