The last few weeks have been a bit more tough for me, as I have had to deal with a few personal matters and challenges which has meant I haven't been as productive as I should have. Now with one week left I still need to invest a lot of time in our results section to get that to a good standard. I am therefore quite stressed at the moment because I've been dealing with a lot and now have a high workload to get through, but I am confident that with the help of my team we can get through it together.

I am worried about how to properly extract results from our pilot study, given how limited responses to our survey have been, and we only have a few interview transcripts to work with. I'm meeting with our academic supervisor today to help establish the best way of systematically analysing our results, which will likely be coding - something I'm excited to practice.

Coming to the end of this summer, I am grateful for the opportunities I have been lucky enough to have, and have really enjoyed me time here on the whole. It has been a long time in Oxford without many people around, though, so I am slightly looking forwards to heading home and having some time off work and with other friends and family. I am both really excited for next year as well as concerned about loneliness, given I may be working alone for a long period of time.

Overall, I feel more stressed than I did last week, but I remain happy with the opportunities I've had this summer, and I feel positive about finishing our project and so excited to plan my leadership in action summer next year.
