Optimising the Functionalisation of Alginate Hydrogels for Three-dimensional Astrocyte Culture Systems - Poster

This project investigated the optimisation of alginate hydrogel functionalisation by testing different EDC and NHS ratios to enhance ligand attachment. The aim was to improve astrocyte growth in 3D culture systems for magnetomechanical stimulation research.
