This week I began the second part of my LiA at Community of Hope, D.C.

What went well: I got introduced to the work I will be doing. I worked on patient consent and patient communication materials to introduce new patients to Community of Hope's birth center.

What could have been done differently: I could have coordinated better with the marketing department when working on the birth center introduction materials.

What did I learn about myself when working with others: I enjoyed the working with people aspect of leadership more than the solo aspects.

What did I learn about leadership: A good leader knows how to delegate.

What do I want to focus on developing next: A better understanding of how to manage all the facets of leadership; teaching, clerical work, and interacting with patients.
