We are proud to welcome this year's cohort of Laidlaw Scholars, as they embark on their journey towards becoming ethical and impactful leaders.

Surayyah Sani Ahmad, Mary May Furtado, Natasha Makhubele, Ajibola Bolanle Olamide, Sonal Raj, Melissa Sanchez, Harsha Sanyukta, Tracy Tang and Maya Tanous were all selected to receive the prestigious Laidlaw Scholarship and join our MBA programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Generous support for another three years with a significant funding gift from the Laidlaw Foundation alongside the partnership with Reuben College, will support Saïd Business School in providing enhanced support to emerging female leaders, so they receive the resources and opportunities needed to lead ethically in today’s complex global landscape. Together, we continue to advance the mission to nurture the next generation of individuals who will champion inclusivity, drive innovation, and uphold the highest standards of integrity.

We are delighted to welcome this year's Laidlaw Scholars, a group of exceptional individuals who embody the drive, resilience, and ethical leadership that are hallmarks of the Oxford Saïd MBA experience. This year is particularly special, due to our new partnership with Reuben College, further enriching our community of future leaders. We are deeply grateful to the Laidlaw Foundation for their ongoing commitment to advancing ethical female leadership, underscored by their generous funding gift. Together, we are building a future where principled, innovative leaders can thrive and make a profound, positive impact on global business and society.

Soumitra Dutta, Peter Moores Dean, Saïd Business School
