Meet our Laidlaw Scholars 2025-26
We are proud to welcome ten new scholars with support from the Laidlaw Foundation for the 2025-26 academic year.
Each year, the Laidlaw Scholarships at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford enable exceptional women with leadership potential to pursue the Oxford MBA, removing financial barriers and opening access to transformative education and global networks. Our latest 10 scholars are welcome to this growing community of trailblazers, changemakers and ethical leaders.
This year’s scholars represent a wide spectrum of industries and lived experiences, from health-tech to urban sanitation, from social enterprise to investment strategy. What unites them is academic excellence and professional ambition - along with a deep sense of purpose. Their goals range from transforming financial access for women entrepreneurs to advancing sustainable supply chains and digital health innovations. Their commitment to inclusive leadership is rooted in empathy, equity and creating opportunity for others.
As they arrive at Oxford, these scholars bring bold aspirations, a readiness to challenge systems, and an eagerness to collaborate within the School’s intellectually rich and global environment. Below, we are delighted to introduce each member of the new Laidlaw cohort through a snapshot of their stories, motivations and the impact they are determined to create.
