Guided Meditation on Interconnectedness

Interconnectedness sums up perhaps the dominant takeaway from working with a mental health organization this summer. By planting roots in nature, other people, and therapeutic values, we grow stronger. This guided mindful visualization meditation is designed to help honour interconnectedness by connecting our breath to the growth of what surrounds us.
