To wrap up my first summer in the Laidlaw Program, I've uploaded an abstract that lays out a summary, goals, and methods of the research I've conducted in the past few months. My research concerns the initial incorporation of chronophotography and early film in the French scientific laboratory, and the resulting impact on the modern body and its subjugation.
