"Street-Smart" - a Romanian LiA Showcase
I spent 6 weeks in Romania volunteering at "Casa Mea", a family home in Prejmer, Brasov, with six children, who no longer have the support of their biological family, that offers them the best conditions for growth and development for each of them.
The project was carried out with the financial support from the Laidlaw Foundation and logistical support from the Laidlaw Team at the University of York.
I want to also thank Felicia Andrasi, the coordinator in Romania, for her constant support and mentorship, but also her dedication and commitment to empowering these six children to become the best versions of themselves.
If you are curious about what actually my project academic side entitled, feel free to drop me a message and I will happily chat with more details about it!! xxx
