Dear Laidlaw Network,
I am delighted to share the results of my two-month research internship at EPFL's CREATE Lab (Computational Robot Design & Fabrication Lab) where I have been working on optimising morphing, teleoperated and lightweight exploration robots. I had the great opportunity to participate in a one-week field campaign in collaboration with the University of Tokyo around Mount Asama in Karuizawa. There we tested the robot I built during my internship. The final demonstration consisted of a drone flight where I teleoperated the robot via FPV goggles:
