REPORT Simulating ECM Mechanical Response to Wound Healing with a Spring-Turnover Model

In this report, I analysed the mechanical role of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in wound healing using a spring–turnover model under the supervision of Dr. Matt Butler. I explored how turnover and collagen supply determine the optimal conditions of wound healing.
